 Roger began his accomplished career 25 years age after graduation from Brooks Institute of Photography in
Santa Barbara, California. He has photographed on all seven continents of the World. He has been awarded best of show in numerous local and state competitions and his work has been published in Japan, England, Europe and throughout the United States. In 1995, he achieved worldwide recognition when he won First Place in the prestigious " Wildlife Photographer of the Year" competition sponsored by the Natural History Museum, London, England. He is the past president and an active member of the Contra Costa Camera Club in Northern California. As a former owner of a custom color lab / commercial studio and respected judge in the photographic community, he enjoys a unique understanding of the photographic industry.
