Born in Toronto Canada in 1964, Drew has actively been making images, [ some good and many bad] since his teenage years, a true voyeur to be sure!

Drew has travelled extensively, camera in hand, he has rubber tramped through more than thrityfive countries to date. An avid skier and climber, Drew also spent more than 8 years living and photographing his verticle adventures in Canada's majestic rocky mountains. Now an urban dweller, drew's photographic interests have leaned towards portraiture and fashion, although he still prefers not to peigon hole or limit the type of images he makes. Drew shoots on 4x5 6x7 and 35mm.

A self taught photographer, Drew graduated from McMaster University "Summa Cum Laude" with a degree in Japanese studies. He has a keen interest in all cultures / travel / adventure / all things visual / philosophy / film / writing / reading and good beats, deep and dark / jungle cone! also interesting people when they can be found!~

In 1998 Drew recieved honorable mention at the Canadian National magazine awards for his photojournalistic work in Tokyo Japan. Big suprise to him for sure! He has also participated in and been credited for his participation in numerous other photographic shows and competitions.
