I have worked in the Photographic Industry since leaving Art School in
1987. Working not only as a photographer, but also as a Photographic Manager
and Photographic Sales Specialist. More recently I have also been involved
in the Reprographics Industry. This varied career has taken me to around 60
countries, indeed the only continent I have yet to visit is Antarctica.
Although born, raised, and educated in England much of my career has been
spent working from a base out of the United States. I am now living and
working in Tasmania, Australia; a truly beautiful and immensely photogenic
corner of the world.
It has been a great privilege to have worked alongside over 300 full-time
professional photographers from many different countries, with the
opportunity to learn something from each. It is this quest for continual
knowledge and improvement which provides an endless stream of motivation.
As well as being represented by a number of Picture Libraries, in 2000 I
launched Stocknegs, an innovative stock photography solution for the Cruise
Line Industry. Time is now spent working on two book projects, and offering
a Photographic Consultancy service to a growing International clientele…
