Having been interested in photography and filmmaking since he was still a child, Christopher Revon decided to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema and Photography when he went to college. As a student, he conceived/wrote, directed, shot and edited two short films: "Prize Photo" and "Bon Jour, Mon Amour". Also as a student, he was awarded the Best of College Photography Honorable Mention.
After graduation, he went to Paris to work as an intern, assisting fashion photographers, for a photography rental studio called Paparazzi Studio in Paris, France. It was in this place where he learned about the fashion industry and the business of fashion photography.
After coming back to the U.S., he went on to become a freelance photographer's assistant to other kinds of photographers: advertising, architectural, and even wedding. With this extensive experience, he accumulated vast knowledge of and skills in professional photography, which he applies to his own work as a photographer.
Recently as a filmmaker, he just finished a short called Java Love (website: javalove0.tripod.com). Now he is moving on to doing a feature for his next project.
Also he is about to form his own production company, REVFILM PRODUCTIONS, with specializations in music video and commercials.
