Calvary Christian Child Sponsorship Program

Founded in 1993 with one child.

Now there are over 125 sponsored children (ages a few days old to 18) from three very needy areas of Haiti.

Also sponsored are two medical students, one dental student and a bookkeeping student.

All the students have agreed to give back time to Calvary Christian Center and clinics in gratitude for the assistance they have received. They all assist with medical clinics whenever there are work teams.

Calvary Christian School

Pastor Raymond and Brother Moliere, an elder in Calvary Christian Church, foudned this school in 1996.

Ages 3-18

Grades K-12

Sponsors cover the teacher's salaries at present.

Goal: to have enough students sponsored through the Calvary Christian Child Sponsorship program to pay for the salaries, tuition, books and uniforms.

Separate sponsors pay for Bibles for each child.

Calvary Christian English Classes

Founded in 1999 by Pastor Raymond and taught in the village of Mahotte by an elder of his church, Maxime Archer. Classes are held twice weekly and a small group of students are in this test project. The students are those whose sponsor pays for classes and curriculum. To practice their new English skills, these students help as interpreters in clinics.

Goal: to bring some of these students to the USA as exchage students for a year to braden their education and hopefully help them to be more marketable in the future job field.
